This policy describes how Qvan (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit our website or join the pre-launch waitlist. We are preparing to launch in the United States; this site is for early access sign-ups only.
Information we collect
- Waitlist: email address and the role(s) you select (customer, contractor, and/or helper).
- Contact: if you email us, we receive your address and message content.
- Technical: basic logs from our host (e.g. IP, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To notify you about launch, betas, and product updates you opted into.
- To understand interest by role and improve our rollout.
- To respond to questions sent to info@qvan.app.
- To protect the service from abuse and fraud.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (such as hosting and database services) that process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
Retention
Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for launch communications, after which we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist entry by emailing info@qvan.app. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message we send.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy before launch. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
