These terms govern your use of the Qvan marketing site and waitlist before our mobile app and marketplace are generally available. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Pre-launch site

Content on this site is for informational purposes. Features, pricing, and availability described here may change before launch. Waitlist registration does not guarantee access, timing, or pricing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or someone else’s contact information without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or its APIs.
• Use the site for unlawful, harassing, or misleading purposes.

Intellectual property

The Qvan name, logos, and site content are owned by Qvan or its licensors. You may not copy or use them without written permission except for personal, non-commercial sharing of our public pages.

Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS PRE-LAUNCH SITE.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for claims related to this pre-launch site is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Qvan is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms before launch. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
